From Sheridan College to the Job Site
Prince Sandhu is an Architectural Technician and the founder of Sandhu Design Build. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Technology from Sheridan College and BCIN 512242, Ontario's qualification for building permit designers. Before starting Sandhu Design Build, Prince worked across architectural design, facility condition assessment, and residential construction, giving him a first-hand understanding of how a project actually moves from a set of drawings to a finished, occupied space.
Why I Started Sandhu Design Build
Too often, permit drawings and construction are handled by two separate parties who never talk to each other — leading to drawings that don't match what gets built, and surprises that cost time and money. I started Sandhu Design Build to close that gap: one point of contact, from your first conversation through permit drawings, municipal submission, and construction, to final occupancy.
